Shane Qu
Shane Qu is the Managing Partner and Founder of RESOLUT, a firm recognized for its expertise in executive search, leadership consulting, and business solutions. With a background shaped by roles at prestigious firms like Spencer Stuart and Korn Ferry, Shane has developed a deep understanding of executive search and leadership advisory services across Consumer & Retail, Technology, and Life Sciences industries, focusing on senior executive placements and strategic leadership.
Under Shane's leadership, RESOLUT, with its worldwide collaborative partner firms, has evolved to offer RESOLUT Business Solutions and Talent Solutions, encompassing business process outsourcing, venture building, organizational design, change management, and comprehensive talent management. These expansions reflect Shane's commitment to adapting and addressing business challenges with foresight.
In addition, Shane launched Labs RESOLUT, an event-driven platform fostering innovation, collaboration, and networking among entrepreneurs, startup founders, investors, and professionals. This initiative has further established RESOLUT as a dynamic contributor to the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Shane holds a master's degree in Diplomacy and International Law from the American University of Paris, with a collaborative program at New College, University of Oxford. His undergraduate studies in Mathematics were completed at South Dakota State University. Shane is fluent in Mandarin and English, in addition to intermediate-level French.

Wolfram Gruenkorn
Wolfram Gruenkorn is our Partner at RESOLUT for executive search and business consulting services in Southeast Asia. With over three decades of professional experience, Wolfram is a seasoned business lawyer, specializing in tax advisory, tax structuring, and strategic planning.
Since 1990, Wolfram has been a German business lawyer and has been registered as a foreign lawyer in Vietnam since 2012. He has dedicated his career to assisting multinational companies with their investments and projects in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. As the founder and former Managing Director of Gruenkorn & Partner Law and RBA WTS Tax Vietnam, he led these companies until March 2024.

Kai Sieng Fung
Kai Sieng Fung is our Partner at RESOLUT, bringing over 20 years of professional experience, including 15 years in the executive search industry. As a key player in the alliance between Strategic Search Partners and RESOLUT, Kai collaborates extensively with clients and candidates to deliver a solid track record of successful placements for mid-to-senior level executives across various sectors in Asia.

Sam Murray is our Senior Partner at RESOLUT for executive search services, with vast experience in the United States and now based in ASEAN countries. He specializes in high-level executive search for US firms operating in or entering the Southeast Asian market. With over two decades of leadership in talent strategy and senior recruitment, Samuel has built a career at the intersection of strategic insight, operational execution, and relationship-driven leadership hiring.
Having held senior recruiting roles at top-tier organizations including PwC, Deutsche Bank, Bank of America, and Grant Thornton, Sam has consistently delivered exceptional results for global clients. His expertise draws on deep experience across professional services, financial services, and technology sectors.

Sam holds a BA in Human Resources from the University of Central Oklahoma and has served as a board member for Geeks Rule, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing STEM education.
